Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of West Alabama. With a passion for serving individuals and families, Rachel has worked as both a Case Manager and Therapeutic Mentor at Integrea Community Mental Health. She brings a strong background in mental health support and has earned certifications in Psychological First Aid, QPR Suicide Prevention, and Crisis Management. Rachel is dedicated to promoting emotional well-being and empowering others through compassionate, evidence-based care.
