  • Fees and co-payments vary according to the client's insurance coverage and plan.
    • Health Insurance Accepted:
      • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama
      • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia
      • Optum / Veteran's Affair's Community  Care Network
      • Cigna
      • Tricare (Prime, East, 4Life) 
      • ChampVA
      • United Healthcare
      • Aetna
      • We are currently awaiting completed credentialing w/AmBetter but do not accept it at this time.
    • Don't let not having insurance stop you from reaching out for help - We have LIMITED hardship grants based on income that establishes highly affordable rates (well below above listed rate for qualified clientele) for uninsured/high deductible clients.
    • EAP's and SPECIAL PROGRAMS THAT PAY FOR SERVICES:
      • Cigna EAP (Piedmont Hospital Employees, FedEx Employees, etc)
      • Alabama Institute EAP: Pays for 6 initial sessions with possible extensions on a case-by-case basis.  (Hospital Authority of Columbus Employees)
  • AIBH offers tele-mental health services with no additional costs to fees for session services.
  • Dr. Duffey, as a graduate of the prestigious Wake Forest University lives by the University's Motto of "Pro Humanitate" (For Humanity) and does have a limited number of session units available for Hardship Grant services for those in need.
