Tele-Mental Health Services

AIBH now offers Tele-Mental Health Services to matched clients. Call us today to discuss this service provision portal. Fees are the same as in-person sessions—no additional costs.

Our Clinical Approach

AIBH's clinical practice is rooted in Cognitive, Learning, and Mindfulness theories, as well as Exposure Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Theory, and Family Systems Theory. We use the Indivisible Self Model of Wellness for assessment and treatment planning.

We maintain a Client-Centered Approach in all therapeutic settings to ensure individualized and compassionate care.
